Fox Family Farm & CSA was founded in 1999 in Bethlehem Twp, Ohio.
Our farm was established and is currently run by 3 generations of Foxes the youngest is 2,4,6,& 8.
In 1998 Farmer & Momma Fox brought their children and growing skills to a virgin plot of land outside of Navarre, in SW Stark County. We worked hard planting blue berry bushes, apple, peach, pear, plum, cherry trees, countless rows of blackberry, red raspberry, black raspberry & yellow raspberry canes, not to mention strawberries and kiwi’s.
Our gardens were to be all naturally grown so that our family consumed no chemicals. It has been an enriching experience for our children, grandchildren as well as ourselves.
We added a CSA program to our farmers market endeavors 20 years ago to compensate for all the farming costs. Our current membership count is 50 families from Summit, Stark and Tuscarawas Counties.
The farm has recently dove into a lifelong dream of Momma Fox on December of 2018 and added a greenhouse, which has been a blessing. We are currently growing produce in it as well as plants and flowers. We grow a large variety of heirloom veggies and numerous herbs including 6 varieties of mint.
We now as a family run a completely sustainable permaculture, old school farming, including chicken's for eggs and meat.
